The Waiting Pool is a new resource for your temporary staffing needs. Our members are professional, with backgrounds of customer, restaurant and catering service, and are uniformed and ready to go. Our on-site coordinators will assist in directing The Waiting Pool's staff to make your event run as smoothly as possible. The Waiting Pool staff has worked with some of the finest caterers in the Indianapolis area, including Hoaglin Fine Catering, Mr. D's Parties to Please, Thomas Caterers of Distinction, Classic Fare Catering, Allen's Cakes and Catering, Crystal Catering, and MBP Catering, as well as large institutions, including Eli Lilly Corporate Center and Butler University.

The Waiting Pool is flexible enough to be compatible with your needs. We can provide servers, captains, prep cooks, specialty cooks, chefs, party coordinators and party planners. We can help with your private parties as well. We can staff any position in the hospitality industry. Don't hesitate to request housekeepers, receptionists, or any other positions that require temporary assistance.
