Keys to Work is an organization that differs from traditional staffing companies and human service agencies both in approach and results. We see you, the employer as our customer and will design a program to fit your organizational needs. From temporary workers to full time placements we can assist your staffing requirements.
We have a large pool of pre-screened workers who are motivated to re-enter the labor force. Many of these workers will qualify for our unique program that rewards the client for working. We help the entry-level worker leave the "crisis mode" of life management and to operate in a more structured environment. Our program also provides a wide range of support for the employer. From wage subsidy, transportation assistance and case management, to uniform and tool purchase we assist the employees you hire and provide valuable support to your organization. Rewarding work has shown positive results in increasing employment retention.
Keys to Work can also assist your company to access the Work Opportunity Tax Credit, or WOTC. The WOTC can provide up to $2400 in direct bottom line credit per employee. A large percentage of our employees will qualify for this special tax credit.
We can also assist your company to hire from the Hispanic Labor Force. We work with an overseas program and can recruit bilingual, college educated workers who are allowed to come to the United States and work for periods ranging from 10 weeks to 18 months. These bilingual employees are very motivated and have a wide range of skills.
